The NJ Law Journal’s article highlights a recent putative class action law suit filed by Alan Schorr alleging that the New Jersey unemployment process deprives claimants of procedural due process in failing to advise of claimants’ right to an attorney and later falsely advising claimants that lawyers could not participate in the process.
