Alan H. Schorr & Associates remains committed to protecting the rights of unemployment claimants throughout New Jersey.  This commitment has reached the front page of the New Jersey Law Journal website.  The NJ Law Journal’s article highlights a recent putative class action law suit filed by Alan Schorr alleging that the New Jersey unemployment process deprives claimants of procedural due process in failing to advise of claimants’ right to an attorney and later falsely advising claimants that lawyers could not participate in the process.  The article can be found here: (free account required).
