Jenelle L. Hubbard
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Jenelle Hubbard, Esq. joined Schorr & Associates as an associate in 2015. She represents individuals in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, family and medical leave, unemployment, and many other employment-related disputes.
Ms. Hubbard graduated from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, where she earned her B.A. in Labor Studies & Management in 2009. Ms. Hubbard received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012. During law school, Ms. Hubbard was the Secretary of the Seton Hall Employment Law Society.
Since becoming a member of the New Jersey Bar in 2012, Ms. Hubbard has been aggressively defending and protecting employees' rights in employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and civil rights matters.

Adam L. Schorr
Adam is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. He attained his B.A. in Philosophy from The College of New Jersey in 2011 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 2014. At Rutgers School of Law - Camden, Adam spent two years on the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Adam joined the firm as an attorney in 2014 and became a partner in 2017.
Adam's time with Schorr & Associates has deepened his understanding of the difficult situations New Jersey employees can find themselves facing. He has represented hundreds of claimants in unemployment matters, and his experience and understanding helps Schorr & Associates represent employees in Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, Whistleblower, Harassment, and Discrimination matters.

Alan H. Schorr has established his law firm, Schorr & Associates, P.C., as a plaintiff employment and Unemployment law firm in New Jersey.
Mr. Schorr has repeatedly achieved high value settlements and verdicts on behalf of employees who have suffered discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other work-related problems. He routinely negotiates enhanced severance packages and complex employment contract issues such as restrictive covenants and arbitration clauses. In addition, Mr. Schorr has a very high success rate in representing clients at unemployment appeals, disciplinary appeals, and other administrative hearings. Mr. Schorr has been responsible for expanding the laws protecting the rights of persons suffering as a result of sexual harassment and discrimination in landmark cases such as Connolly v. Burger King Corp, Stomel v. Camden, and Silver v. Board of Review. Mr. Schorr has written many articles and instructional materials, which can be viewed on this website. He is a Past-President of NELA-NJ (National Employment Lawyers Association), where he heads NELA-NJ's Legislative Committee.
Mr. Schorr is also a civil mediator, trained by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and is on the New Jersey Superior Court list of approved mediators
Prior to establishing his law firm in 1993, Mr. Schorr owned and operated a series of successful businesses. He has attained both a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University. Mr. Schorr's combination of legal knowledge, extensive business experience, and his M.B.A. are invaluable when tackling complex financial matters and in settlement negotiations, where financial knowledge and negotiation skills are essential.
